How do I place my order?
Give us a call at 202-543-0100 to book your order. Email us the items in your cart and we will give you a call back with availability to get you booked.
What fees may be applied to my order?
We’ll help you factor in all costs. Upon booking your rental, we require a 10% nonrefundable damage waiver and a credit card to have on file. Customers may opt to pay a deposit equal to the full replacement cost of the item, fully refundable if rented items are returned in same condition as rented. Payment is due in full prior to pickup or delivery. If you’re interested in delivery, we can help you factor in delivery and pick up fees. For event rentals, we offer set up for an additional cost. If rentals are damaged or missing, you will be charged the replacement cost of those items.
When should I reserve the equipment I need?
Please call us with your rental order as soon as you can, so we can check availability and book your desired rental items. If you need to make any changes to your order you have 2 business days prior to delivery to do so.
What’s the cancellation policy?
You may cancel without penalty up to 2 business days prior to delivery, otherwise you will be charged at full price.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the DMV area.
